Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the website keralatravelpackages.co.in, making an enquiry, or confirming a booking with Kerala Travel Packages (operated by Ananta Group), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full.
These terms apply to all travellers included in a booking, including the lead traveller who makes the booking on behalf of others. The lead traveller accepts these terms on behalf of the entire group and is responsible for ensuring that all members are aware of and agree to these terms.
If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not proceed with a booking. Proceeding with payment constitutes full acceptance.
Booking & Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance payment and issuance of a written booking confirmation by Kerala Travel Packages. Until that confirmation is issued, no booking is considered finalized and availability cannot be guaranteed.
- All bookings must be made by a person aged 18 years or above.
- The lead traveller must provide accurate personal details for all group members at the time of booking.
- We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion without being required to state a reason.
- Verbal or informal agreements made outside our official booking process are not binding.
Once confirmed, your booking reference number and itinerary will be sent to your registered email address. Please check all details carefully and notify us within 24 hours if anything is incorrect.
Payment Policy
To secure your booking, the following payment schedule applies:
- Advance Deposit: A minimum of 25–30% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking confirmation.
- Balance Payment: The remaining amount must be paid in full at least 7 days before the tour departure date.
- Peak Season Bookings: For travel during December, January, and other peak periods, full payment may be required at the time of booking.
⚠️ Failure to make the balance payment by the due date may result in automatic cancellation of the booking without a refund of the advance deposit.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or other methods communicated at the time of booking. All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Prices are inclusive of GST where applicable.
Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations must be communicated in writing via email to info@keralatravelpackages.co.in. The date of receipt of the written cancellation request will be used to determine the applicable cancellation charges.

| 15 – 29 days | 25% of total package cost |
| 7 – 14 days | 50% of total package cost |

Some hotels, houseboats, and airlines have their own non-refundable policies. These charges will be deducted from your refund in addition to the above cancellation charges.
Changes to Bookings
Requests to change travel dates, destinations, or package components must be submitted in writing and are subject to availability. Amendment fees may apply depending on the nature of the change and how close it is to the departure date.
- Date changes requested more than 30 days before departure are subject to an amendment fee of ₹500 per person.
- Changes requested within 30 days of departure will be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and a new booking, with applicable cancellation charges.
- We reserve the right to make minor itinerary changes due to weather, road conditions, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control. Alternate arrangements of comparable standard will be provided.
Travel Documents & Visa
It is the sole responsibility of each traveller to ensure they hold valid travel documents for the duration of their trip.
- Indian nationals must carry a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, or Voter ID).
- International travellers are responsible for obtaining all necessary visas, permits, and entry documents for India.
- Kerala Travel Packages accepts no liability for any traveller being denied boarding, entry, or transport due to incomplete or invalid documentation.
- Certain restricted areas in Kerala (such as some wildlife sanctuaries and border zones) may require additional permits. We will inform you if these are required for your itinerary.
Health & Medical
Travellers are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to undertake the booked tour. We strongly recommend consulting a doctor before travel, especially for tours involving trekking, wildlife safaris, or high-altitude destinations.
- Please inform us at the time of booking of any medical conditions, disabilities, or dietary requirements that may affect your travel.
- We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate special needs but cannot guarantee availability of specific medical facilities at all destinations.
- Kerala Travel Packages accepts no liability for illness, injury, or health-related costs incurred during the tour.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all travellers purchase comprehensive travel insurance before departure. Kerala Travel Packages does not include travel insurance in any package unless explicitly stated.
Your insurance should ideally cover medical emergencies and evacuation, trip cancellation or curtailment, loss of baggage and personal belongings, personal accident and liability, and missed departures or travel delays. Kerala Travel Packages accepts no liability for losses that would have been covered by adequate travel insurance.
